At Fusion Studio, every piece of art is carefully crafted to bring beauty and sophistication into your space. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you need to return or exchange, please review our policy below.

Damaged in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a free replacement or exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and our team will guide you through the return process.

Changed Your Mind

If the piece doesn’t suit your space, you may return it within 15 days of delivery. Please note:

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs (typically $100–$500, depending on your location).
  • Refunds will only be processed once the artwork is received in its original condition.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it has shipped for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you may still initiate a return once you receive the item.
  • Please note: Custom or personalized artwork cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in brand-new condition.
  • All original packaging, certificates, and tags must be included.
  • A completed return form (provided by our support team) must be included in the return package.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or commissioned artwork.
  • Items marked Final Sale.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team at payments@fusionstudio.art  to request a return form.
  • Complete the form and place it inside your return package.
  • Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship the item using a trackable courier service.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
